In the morning you have firmly resolved to write on your housework. In the evening, the bathroom is cleaned, the shopping is done, but you haven't come any closer to your actual goal.
In this module, you will learn to observe, reflect and improve your procrastination behavior, place it in a theoretical model, develop a motivating goal, make realistic work plans, and develop strategies for dealing with disruptions.
Ideally, schedule a week between each of these videos to complete the self-observation tasks. You can find all the information you need in the introductory video.
